Athletic Forms and Required Sports Course6th-8th Grade PHYSICAL FORM 2011-2012 (click here) All 6th-8th grade students participating in sports are required to complete the physical form.
6th-8th Grade Required Sports Course (click here) In lieu of the Mandatory Sports Meeting, the Athletic Department is offering an online course. The online course contains all the information regarding after school sports plus sign-ups and clearance paperwork. Please complete the course and turn in the paperwork to the HCS School office by Monday, August 8.
3rd-5th Grade Required Sports Course (click here) The online course contains all the information regarding after school sports plus sign-ups and clearance paperwork. For 3rd Grade, we offer soccer and volleyball. For 4th-5th grade, we offer soccer, basketball and volleyball. If interested in participating, please complete the course and turn in the paperwork to the HCS School office by Monday, September 26. P.E.
